Re:Verse passage – Romans 11:33-36 (day two)
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen. v. 36
This passage reminds us that the riches of God’s wisdom and knowledge are beyond comprehension. It reminds us that there is so much unknowable about God, and yet we are allowed to participate in his work. Sometimes when I get around people who are more talented singers or conductors, better thinkers or writers, or just taller people in general, I tend to fall back and hide. Whether I don’t want to appear inadequate or just want to learn from them, I often choose not to participate. The Lord invites our participation. He has created us to be a part of the good work he is doing around us. Talk about incomprehensible! He does want us to grow and learn from his bounty, but he is not asking us to shrink away from full participation in the gospel. We will spend the rest of our lives trying to understand the mind of God, but it is on the job training! Give God the praise for his incredible love for you today.
